With over 50 students signed up, she knew she needed a bus rental that could transport the large group comfortably. After getting quotes, she booked a 56-passenger charter bus for the full day tour. The bus picked up the students from school at 8 AM and dropped them off at 4 PM after hitting all the sites on their custom itinerary. The 8 hour rental cost $165 per hour, totaling $1,320. With safe, reliable transportation secured, the students were able to fully immerse themselves in the rich history of Denver landmarks. They learned more on the experiential field trip than they could have in the classroom.

After the big game, it returns at 6 PM to bring them home. The total trip time is 11 hours. At a rate of $125 per hour, their total charter bus cost comes to $1,375.
